Page 07: My Favorite Books || Summer 2018

I don't know about you, but I LOVE reading so I thought I'd share a few of my favorite books with you!

These books have helped me in various stages of life recently, and I know they'll help you if you choose to read any of them. If you don't already have reading as a part of your daily life, I highly encourage you to do so. There are so many benefits that come from choosing to read other people's perspectives, lessons learned, thoughts, etc. I also believe reading expands your

capacity to grow to your next level.

I've also included links that will take you straight to the book so you can read more about it and purchase if you're interested in buying the book.

  1. So Long, Insecurity: you've been a bad friend to us by Beth Moore

  2. The Way Back: How Christians Blew Our Credibility and How We Get It Back by Phil Cooke and Jonathan Bock

  3. Dream It. Pin It. Live It. by Terri Savelle Foy

  4. The 21 Most Powerful Minutes in a Leader's Day by John Maxwell

  5. Unashamed by Christine Caine

  6. The Ragamuffin Gospel by Brennan Manning

  7. Under Cover by John Bevere

  8. Uninvited by Lysa TerKeurst

  9. Strengthen Yourself in the Lord: How to Release the Hidden Power of God in Your Life by Bill Johnson

I couldn't leave you without including some of my favorite fiction books from my favorite author, Francine Rivers. She's incredibly gifted and anointed with how she writes; she's so engaging and helps you see God in a new way. Every time I start one of her books I never want to put it down.

  1. Redeeming Love

  2. Unshaken: Ruth

  3. A Bridge to Haven

  4. Her Mother's Hope

If you've never read a Francine Rivers book, I recommend starting with Redeeming Love. I'll let the book speak for itself because my words will not do it justice, but any of her books are worth reading!

Another one of my favorite quotes is by Oscar Wilde,

"It is what you read when you don't have to that determines what you will be when you can't help it."

I want to know what you're reading, or what one of your favorite books is, so comment below!

P.S. If you've read any of the books listed above, let me know your thoughts!
